NEW TIME: 4:30pm-8:30pm.

Try your hand cooking on a hearth the way your ancestors did! You learn how to manage the fire, use a "spider," and bake in a Dutch oven. The class will work together to create a three-course meal, then sit together to enjoy it. BYOB. Participants will receive a free copy of The Thirteen Colonies Cookbook. Program will take place in the hearth kitchen at the Crane House and Historic YWCA. Includes all supplies. $75/person, $60 for Montclair History Center members.
