Have you ever visited the Crane. House’s hearth kitchen and thought, “Boy, would it be fun to try cooking that way?” At this class, you’ll learn how to manage the fire, use a "spider," and bake in a Dutch oven. The class will work together to create a three-course meal, then sit together to enjoy it. Classes take place in the hearth kitchen at the Crane House and Historic YWCA. Includes all supplies. BYOB.
