Squarespace has nice image galleries, but we can’t associate much metadata beyond the title. And even adding the titles is difficult. One idea is to add the metadata to the exif, embedded metadata in the image, then to turn on ‘metadata importing’ in Squarespace settings.

Hmmm, that didn’t work ;-)

I added XMP metadata to the images above then imported them. Perhaps, it doesn’t understand XMP.
