While you don't need to become a member to participate in all the Montclair History Center has to offer, your membership helps sustain our educational and preservation efforts. It's a vote of confidence in the work that we are doing to preserve, educate others about, and share Montclair's rich history.

Volunteer

Our dedicated group of volunteers help out when our museums are open, work in the library digitizing our collections, assisting in research projects, work in the gardens and farm, and more. We welcome volunteers of all ages. What would you like to do?

Internships

We offer a variety of internships for high school and college students who are interested in museum work, history, and nonprofit management.
